Back in November, my weeks were full of messages & bookings as my little photography business was taking off, and due to my enthusiastic red-haired friend, people knew I was up for pictures, pretty much anywhere.

I got a message from Erik, asking for family photos; we set up a time & a place, and boy oh boy – the place.
It is their extended family’s property in the country just a few minutes from my house. When I drove up, I hoped I was in the right place because in our little part of the country, driving down a long dirt driveway better be
the right one or you might find yourself looking at a shotgun. Hahaha. We all had a good laugh over that.

But there were two adorable smiling kiddos in jeans & boots and there were Erik & Jennifer’s smiling faces.
We had such a wonderful time laughing and taking photos, and running in that sunlight.

They recently welcomed their little baby girl into the world. Congratulations, Nason family!
