Today, 2 years ago, I met my best friend’s beautiful, adorable, 8 day old baby girl named Georgia Rose.

I’m actually spending the day with this best friend, and now 2 year old (and 8 days, haha) Georgia Rose.
We are shooting part 2 of her maternity session at the beach, with her and Georgia in matching swimsuits!!
I’m so excited to see her and take those pictures. They are expecting their second baby girl in just a few weeks!

Once I realized this was the 2 year anniversary of that special day, I thought it would be fun as a look back,
and a review of some of my very favorite lifestyle newborn portraits of Miss Georgia. I’ll admit, I was tearing up and sniffling my way through these. She has grown so much, and there is something so infinitely special to newborns and all the dreams you hold for them.

Newborn Portraits are definitely one of my favorite things to photograph!!
