Shot this dearest family's photos in the Summer and again in the Autumn on my wedding anniversary for their Christmas card! It was chilly but so beautiful by the lake at golden hour. Skylar & Roland truly set aside time to just play & connect with their sweet adorable boys at sessions and it shows!! Every happy frame fills up your heart for the next few decades. Time in parenthood is a speeding bullet train, faster than the toddlers barreling down the dock ramp; we are all just trying to hold onto the memories while we are *in them*. What a fulfilling thing to photograph families and hear your stories year after year. I'm so very grateful. Big love for this sweet, beautiful family!! Thank you, Machers!
