2015 Year in Review!
I love these End of the Year Reviews, because I get to look back and remember so many sweet times
shooting these images, getting to know people better: clients become friends, friends become closer.
In 2015:
I Booked 13 sessions.
Shot 7 Freelance Sessions/Events!
Second Shot 2 Weddings!
Not to mention I worked my little brain to pieces by cramming the last of my degree into the last 3 months,
and got my photography degree done by the first week of December!!! I’m so happy to have finished it with flying colors and happy instructor and happy photographer me.
Here’s 1 photo of almost all the sessions mentioned above from the year 2015!
I shot a huge gala at the Hyatt Regency in Orlando by myself.
With a borrowed flash that I didn’t get until 1hr before the event.
I literally memorized the flash user manual pdf that was online, prayed my heart out, and just DID IT.
I was so proud of myself, and still am. Here’s me testing it out in the bathroom while dressed to the nines.
I pushed myself so much this past year, and was so proud of the ways I just went out there and got the job done even when I was freaking out or super tired or the weather wasn’t on point, etc! It may look easy, but it really isn’t. I also loved every opportunity to just shoot and CREATE. Sometimes I need no plans and allow myself the freedom to try new things. It’s often they are some of my very favorite photos!
I’m so thankful to all of you who booked me for photos and encouraged me
throughout the year – you make my job so enjoyable!
I’m so excited to start 2016, and shoot new, wonderful, exciting moments in your lives!!
Thank you so much!!! Happy New Year 2016!!!
