October 27, 2015 ~ Birdsong Barn, Titusville, FL ~ Family Session: The Bentons
It was such a joy to shoot the Benton’s family session, their first with me! I took adorable Elizabeth’s newborn pictures just over a year ago after she came a few weeks early when I was vacationing in Tennessee!;
Jackie and I texted back and forth the day of this outdoor session, because it was 80% chance of rain at 4pm!
We had scheduled to shoot in the outdoors at Birdsong Barn, with a rustic & country feel to the photos.
I told her I’d definitely try my very best, and work with whatever came!
At 3:55pm, I texted her “Does Ollie have rain boots?”. It was absolutely POURING rain at my house.
Thankfully (with LOTS of praying) when I got to the other side of Titusville, it wasn’t!! We had 20 beautiful minutes of clear sky, and the rest of the session it sprinkled…then poured..and then sprinkled some more. Everyone was a trooper, and I just kept wiping off my camera! 🙂
The Bentons had a sweet Autumn family session and then Elizabeth had a smash cake
session for her 1st Birthday!! It was all kinds of adorable, and I love this little family.
Thank you so much, Benton Family!! It was a pleasure and full of sweet moments!
